How to Last Longer in Bed for Men. Like 30 Minutes Longer!
You may be wondering how to last longer in bed. Maybe 30 minutes longer. Whatever much longer you want to last it is possible. And I know as a fact because I was just like you, and now I have become a 30 minute performer. I used to get SO aroused with the penetration alone that I could not last even 30 seconds! Shame on me. But I have come ways ahead and have been able to solve the how to last longer issue. Basically, the solution has two components: the mental and physical one. Both of them are just as important and they both support each other. In order to gain control on lasting longer, you have to start by strengthening your pc muscles. Now, these are not just like any other muscles. There are techniques and you have to be careful not to do all the contrary and end up weaken them more that they currently are. The other part is the phycological one. I cannot stress how important this is. Remember the “I used to get SO aroused…” part. Well, the mind is so powerful creating the total opposite. Your mind is the arousal controller, and with certain techniques and tips it can control your arousal levels so you can last longer in bed and I mean MUCH MUCH longer. There is not a better feeling than satisfying your partner as much as you want or as much as she wants, and you being the one in control on when the act is over.
